Good service....as per our comfort... No hesitation.... Bar is good and cost is nominal.... Food is also having good quality....but little bit taste is to be improved
I went there for lunch. very polite and friendly staff perfectly knew how to attend the customer and serve them even though it was closing they didn't rush will visit again.
The experience was not that great. Food was pathetic. We ordered veg curry and prawns. Both are very spicy and not edible.
A place like VKB Residency in Ongole, is like bumping into a star facility in a desert. It is a pleasant surprise for traveller's to receive top class service, comfort, luxury, and everything that a tired traveller can ask for. Rooms are clean, a class apart from all thee other hotels that claim a lot and offer less in Ongole. The in house restaurants and bar facilities are also well maintained with decent menu options.

While we were coming from Hyderabad we have tried in this hotel. This hotel is a hidden gem in this city. There were decent number of parking is available inside the hotel and watchman can guide you. Inside is completely air conditioned and I must say that the food was tasty and in good size.
Worst service by Front office staff and manager. Too late in billing the process. Don't even follow the person wise and working as tortoise...
