This is a very good unisex gym with good ambience to work out. It's very spacious and the trainers are very friendly and experienced. They give the right workouts and guide us throughout our journey. This is safest place for girls to workout.

The gym VJ Fitness atmosphere is extraordinary, definitely recommended for beginners as the trainers here are super patient and helpful, especially Mr. Vicky & Mr. Ajith. D, who's been mentoring me and I definitely recommend you to start your Training and diet plans with them, really friendly when workout with them! The equipments are top class and up to mark!
