Its peaceful shiva temple for the hindhu bhakathans and all kind of relegions there is an ground for play kids and a beautiful pond for swimming and lot of trees for unstoppable air flow
Good place. Can see easily from the road
This temple is close to my residence.
Siva is the main deity. There are 'upadevata's(sub deities) Ganapathi , Bhadrakali, Brahmarakshass and Sarpakkavu. There is perfect peaceful and blissful ambience . The temple is surrounded by trees. The 'pradakshina vazhi'(circular path around a temple to perform the ritual of revolving around the temple) is stone paved, wide and neat. There are different offerings here at different rates which exhibited in a board. Temple is well run. There is parking ground in the compound.
Though God is everywhere, the ambience of a temple help us to bring ourselves into a direct meditative conversation with him/her. This temple is one best place for that.

The front of the temple has parking facility. However the entry to the temple from the road is not smooth. Badly placed slabs and uneven area.
PS: the custom of men taking their shirt off before entering the temple is prevalent here. I haven't seen this practice at the manapuram shiva temple, Aluva
