Certainly, here's a detailed review of my experience with the Vivo Service Center in Goa: My recent visit to the Vivo Service Center in Goa left me thoroughly disappointed. The overall experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional, to say the least. Upon entering the service center, I immediately noticed a lack of organization and order. The waiting area was crowded, and it seemed that the staff was struggling to keep up with the influx of customers. There was no proper queue system in place, leading to confusion and frustration among the waiting customers. When I finally got my turn to interact with a service representative, the ordeal continued. The staff member appeared disinterested and lacked the necessary knowledge about the Vivo products. I had to explain my issue multiple times before they seemed to grasp the problem. This lack of product knowledge and professionalism was concerning. To make matters worse, the estimated repair time provided was significantly longer than what I had experienced at other service centers for similar issues. It felt like my time was not valued, and there was a lack of urgency in resolving my problem. Communication was another major issue. I was promised updates on the progress of my device repair, but these updates were never provided. I had to repeatedly follow up, and even then, I received vague responses that left me in the dark about the status of my device. Finally, when I received my repaired device, it was not properly cleaned, and it had visible smudges and fingerprints on the screen. It was evident that little care had been taken in ensuring the device was returned to me in a presentable condition. In summary, my experience with the Vivo Service Center in Goa was marred by disorganization, unprofessionalism, a lack of product knowledge, poor communication, and subpar attention to detail. I would strongly advise anyone seeking service for their Vivo devices to consider alternative options, as this service center fell far short of my expectations and left me deeply unsatisfied. The staff over there is pretty dumb. When I showed my phone to him, he said there is a battery problem and I need to buy a new phone since the battery is not in stock. I went to a local Mobile shop and he said battery is fine but the coil is damaged. He put in a new coil and now its working fine. Either the vivo staff lack expertise or give such stupid advices for commercial purposes.

I will try to keep this professional. Travelled 40 kms via bus and walked an additional 2 kms for all the trips I've made here . I had to get the phone's display changed . The part had to be ordered , after more than a week I was called to get the display changed . The receptionist there asked me to come in 2 hours and I passed my time. I reached the center , she's telling me , " Ohhhh you don't know what happened , they sent us the wrong display . "For the love of God , you had my phone number . Did it dawn on you , that you could've called ? After that , they took another additional 2 weeks delay for the display . Even the day , I was called to get my phone ( initially for the first time , when I asked to keep my phone , they told me that they weren't allowed . After the wrong display blunder, she asked to keep it ) made me wait another hour and half . The staff is not punctual at all , highly unprofessional . The female receptionist has the worst attitude I've ever seen and couldn't care less . The word customer care is a myth . Honestly , I'll suggest you buy a new phone , instead of getting yours fixed here .

The number they have in Google just keeps ringing and they are not answering. And the number given by vivo customer service is switched off.

Worst service provider.... Closed since last 5 months and Margaon service centre also not attending the calls...

One of the best service recieved till date my entire life very professional staff , the best part they are humble & helpful and understand your concern well . Mr. Amir the service engineer was very helpful and done the job within more the expected cutoff time period. I am so impressed by thier helpfull nature .i think one word to say only they are the asset of the company . The Reception madam was so helpful and professionally attend i missed out her name sorry for that . Thank you guys . Kudos to you and entire Vivo team for wonderful handset .my entire family uses oy Vivo . Thanks again happy for the brand trust
