Response time is very long. They don't keep any mobile parts here, not even mobile battery. They will take some 2-3 weeks to get you those parts. However, you are lucky if you get them within 3 weeks too
Vivo Authorized service center . Vivo mobile phone Repair here under the supervision of technician approved by vivo. Nice behavior , clean and hygienic place and extra precautions taking during covid-19 situation . Nice behavior by staff. And I had gave my vivo V11 pro handset for repairing and they returned my handset after approximately 2-3 hours in well condition as I had expected.As most of the service centers here takes lot of time to repair . And I am using this handest and it's well functioning and till yet I don't have found any difficulties. So, my overall experience here is fantastic .
