I'm really very disappointed from these services team,, actually I have some problem in my mobile Vivo U10,so visit service centre, they told me that its a battery Problem,for new battery it will charge 1500,and it will take 7 days time...I said ok..no problem and I'm waiting for 7 days, after 7 days she called me and said that battery is not available in our Head office because models is closed,then I have no options so I purchased again Vivo new mobile next day but after 3 days she again called me and said that sir your battery is available now,so pls visit service centre...Is these way you provide service..why these miscommunication..If you guide me properly earlier then I'm not purchasing the new mobile nor face the financial problem.
Yesterday i visit there because my mobile was fall down in water... Reception ot du goraki suwli asil, they are so polite and helpful.... Agorakir naam hoise Anamika and her behavior was so friendly.... Ji jon lora mobile or kam Kore teo o vl kn2 mukhot smile ni... But my overall experience was good....
I am thankful to Jitu and team for fixing my iqoo 9 pro short circuit issue. It took a month but it was worth waiting as they replaced my handset after having proper approval.
Worst company+ worst service centre ever they did,nt even update their location.We have to roam whole guwahati about 4times for their locations.
