13.09.2023 I go Vivo asansol service centre... my handset problem is not connected 5g network..model v20 pro. Authorised service centre cheated me...they said update software.but after two hour later they are not updated.only reset or eress all data... and than they suggest me your chepset is not workin 5g..and says change your network chepset...also chargeable...very bad experience
The girls are more busy in attending call rather the customer present in the shop. Takes too much time in sitting area
From last 8 days i am calling for a display vivo v21 everyday u give date.what kind of this service Whenever you don't have any parts than close your service point And try to be a oversmart person with your customers gave them proper instructions
Worst service They don't talk on phones nicely And when you go to the physical service centre they are not even willing to put 100% efficiency in fixing your phone
