Well organized, obey all the precautions according to covid guidelines specially masks and social distancing. First come first serve is strictly followed, no emergency or VIP customer treatments, which is one of best policy. Max to max 30-40min taken to resolve any of technical issues. Maintain privacy of each customer by handling mobile data infront of mobile owner only and also return SIM and SD card while phone repairing work going on. Their way of respectful and polite talking makes customer relax as tensed due to mobile related issues. Also in calls all the protocols and ethics were maintained. Only Cons- Only two technicians appointed but theirs space & need for third one also.
