Worst service center ever. Vivo claims to offer free service every second Saturday and Sunday, providing free back covers and screen protectors. However, when we reach the service center, the shop is always closed, even though the closing time is 6:00 pm on Saturdays. Also, their mobile number is unreachable, stating 'invalid.' Vivo should address this issue.

My phone stopped working suddenly due to battery problem. I visited Vivo showroom and they told me it is a battery problem and they will call me back with solutions. Two days later they call me back to repair my phone and my phone started working again. It was a very pleasant experience.

Honesty, I went to buy headphones, It just takes 5min to purchase n generate bill. But, but it took me niceee more then 20min, headphones were hanging right next to him but still took a lot of time and they wasn't listening to me, and they didn't even give the bill, they just wrote something on the cover and told me that the bill generator guy isn't available at this hour and if you want the bill come back at 4pm... Like what the f*... Atleast they can send e-bill !!!!!!!
