The staff working here is not at all supportive..If customers need any help it is better to contact Thiruvananthapuram office..they are very good support.

Can't believe that mobile service centers were so good. Waiting room is spacious and with sofa seats. Well maintained. Good service.

Staffs are courteous and professional. However, need to wait a bit as only a single customer service executive is available to attend your needs. Spacious and luxurious lounge.

Recently i got my battery replaced for iqoo7 and it was a good experience. First they had no stock for the battery but they managed to get it a day after the enquiry. I had to wait about 2hrs for it, but movie was playing there so i didn't got bored.

Nice service.so customer friendly.liked them.

Worst experience ever i had i visited here for my vivo x70 pro green line issue and they are asking me to pay 13k. Very bad experience from vivo. Never ever will not buy vivo phone again.
