Excellent service. I had a great experience. My mobile had suddenly developed a bright green line on the screen. I went for service the very next day. It was a 2 year old X60 pro+. They replaced the screen and returned the mobile within an hour and at no cost at all. Very polite and helpful staff. Prompt service
One of my employee ( Pintu Sethi ) went der to care 3months ago...they haven't checked properly and mentioned there your display,motherboard,screen all in liquid... and told me around 28k expenses will occurre ...after that I came to home and charge the phone overnight...in the next morning my phone is completely fine...now again I visit to care yesterday asked my Sim slot is not working...some the technical person talk him so rudely and told me ur phone is not ok and we cant take risk..but except Sim slot my phone is absolutely ok... Now when ever am gng and booking my my slot in my name....they behaved so rudely...
Management pls take a look in to the matter..or else I wl file case against this care...

I went there to replace my cellphone battery. They demanded the said item 3-4 days back and called up when item arrived to them. Very nice service offered by staff, very cordial and very respectful. Vivo care has many shops of smartphone and other accessories around.
