RAKESH" the service executive, provided exceptional service. My Vivo X70 Pro had an issue with a green line on the screen, despite no visible damage, replaced the screen with new one for free ,no charges,Within just 30 minutes, they efficiently resolved the problem, providing a quick and effective solution. Vivo Experience Center seems invisible on Maps..but,get inside the VIVO store..it's on the 1st floor! Apt location and very convenient to reach out. Warm welcoming always!
