Clean, Hygienic Seating arrangement for customers. TV installed for time pass during the wait. Everything is good. Maybe they can employ some more People to get the work done faster.

They not able to fulfill the requirements of folder of vivo X50 and still not available, they are providing alternate option to take some discount and get phone exchanged that's not worth it to the students . Very disappointing

Vivo service is pathetic because it's only replace serviceable part with new part while it's required only pasting. In my case my mobile screen combo peel off but mobile working normal ,it's required only pasting but service centre told me it's totally replaced with new because we will not provide pasting. I repaired outside in just Rs 50 only.

Good service, their style of welcoming is nice, you can ask for service of your vivo phone, it is in civil lines area in prayagraj. I'll give 4 star rating to them. Thanks

Please provide appropriate discount before your ordered product and service . When I visited vivo service centre will be discount after service

Once a chinese company always a chinese company..they make you wait for long and then simply asked you to come after a week and then that week will never ends.

Hello everyone whosoever is reading this I will share my experience in brief my experience in the Vivo service center was very bad . I had only one problem that was my phone internet connection was not working I repeatedly told them maybe there is some issue in my settings but they didn't hear and told me to sign a paper in which it was written that if while updating software my phone gets exploded then they will not be held responsible that was very unauthentic I'm a student and can't afford to take such risk Just for my internet recovery but trust me when I went indrabhavan (Subhash chaurha ) their a shopkeeper told me that I had a problem in my sim card there was no problem in my phone they changed my sim and my phone is alright now I can't believe this vivo centre even can't detect a problem in your phone they told me this is happening all because of software update once they get update maybe your internet work then they said your screen is damage maybe this is the reason .. you guys tell how is this possible your screen recovery can bring your internet connection and even they said let me try once in case this doesn't work we will try another thing..they think we customer are foolish please guys I suggest don't go there. They only make money and staff had no experience of work..i don't know his name one guy wearing spectacle who is authorised for software update has no experience work and made me to sign those pages which in which it was written if your Phone get exploded at a time of update they are not responsible. Please don't go and I recommend a higher authority to close this centre as soon as possible

Great service center but just for taking our advice you have to wait for your number otherwise everything is great
