Excellent service done by their service center, especially I would like to appreciate Mr. Karthick, who replaced the Vivo 2029 display very quickly, and it was a great experience witnessing the fix. Thank you

Disgusting Front desk executive. Team, kindly hire educated manpower or at least train them on customer service. While conveying the issue, she just dropped the phone like anything else. Pathetic!!!

I am using X60 from September 2021 it was fine sddenly it had a green thin line on it than changed display free of coast from service center i was happy with service and service people's

Good place to have your Vivo phone serviced. For replacing battery in phone they'll charge around Rs 1635/- with only 3 months warranty. Parking space not sufficient.

Worst , the employee are very slow . And they makes me to wait for 3 to 4 hour . There are not caring about that the customers are waiting . And they didn't respond well
