It's really a great pleasure and experience there. My Vivo x70 pro was having some issues in screen but they repaired it in a very short time. And the behaviour of the staffs are very very humble. It's what is called a true customer service. I rate it 10 out of 10.

I felt great at the very first time when receptionist mam greeted me with "Namaskar". I am fond of Indian Culture and mam's behaviour was the synopsis of it. People will say this etiquette is for business purpose but there are a few persons who can illustrate it. Thanks to noblewoman who make it a great day! Other staff were very co-operative like mam. I changed my phone's display with discounted price and got a free back cover here. It was just awesome service from their end!!!

Though we'll behaved, but the secret is to sell software loading indirectly. My phone has battery problem, but they advised software loading, as a result all data be deleted. I opposed their proposal and met one mobile shop to replace by new battery. Resultantly, my Vivo s1 pro is running smoothly.
