Really great service. I had a green line issue for my X70 pro model. Got it fixed for free since there were no external damages. Would definitely recommend. The staffs are so kind and polite. Any Vivo holder is welcome here. Clean and neat place. Even got offered drinks.
Calls will not attend. They will call and say that the spare parts have been ordered for the service has been arrived . but when u reached for service full spares will not arrive Its really difficult to be a vivo customer because of this. now i have 7 vivo phone currently and i will never buy a new one

I visited this place for an iqoo phone repair service , The spare order was done and advised us to wait for the call for service , I will write about it once the repair is done. (Repair done perfectly took two weeks for the arrival of ordered parts but repair was very fast and perfect. )
The work done is excellent though customer support staff's behavior towards clients is bad.
Very bad customer experience. Awaited for a longtime to change a battery.
