There is no one to listen issues of costumer. Very bad way of speaking no work they have but they say they are doing there personal work in office time.

Very bad service centre. If single problem in your phone then they will inform you that multiple problems are in your mobile. They will not resolve your problem but will provide exchange offer for your well condition mobile. From here they will sell your mobile in refurbished condition and rest you can understand. For battery pb u can approach any near by vivo shop. Check it's online price with same model no. They will provide you 6 month warranty.

The worst service center of Vivo in Bareilly. They are here only to mint money, not providing the solution. Problem is battery, but they are focusing how to take more money from customers and tell you that your Motherboard is not working etc etc. Worst koota karkat gobar chaap staff.

Too much wait... Yet the problem was not resolved.

Bad Service Rude Behavior..... If anybody ever called our number, it would be picked up in less than two rings with a friendly voice answering, 'CD Baby.' From 7 am to 10 pm, there was always somebody to pick up a call in two rings. No voice mail system; no routing to different departments. We treated our customers like our best friends. You don't route your best friend's call to an automated system!"
