Overall a decent stay. The staff and security were very courteous. Rooms were decent, though I could see mould here and there. Had to remind the reception a couple of times to obtain services like extra water bottles. Event hough, there were no smoking boards, we could smell smoke from cigarettes in the floor lobby. The restaurant wad decent albeit a tad over-priced.

The worst hotel I have stayed in and not sure why this is put as 4 star . Clogged bathrooms. If you shower more than 4 mins, then water flows into the bedroom. Marks of leaks all over the walls and ceilings. The environment stinks of mold. White bedsheets look 100 years old. It is totally worn out. Only good thing is the distance to the airport. Would never recommend anyone to stay there unless the person is totally drunk and wants to grab a good night sleep to become normal.

Liked this place very much, great room quality, well maintained and clean. Excellent service. Ample parking space. This place is near to many locations and very close to padmanabhan Swami temple. They serve great good, ofcourse it's a great place for non veg. Awesome swimming pool and great views from the top floor restaurent

Had a birthday party of my daughter held in Vivin. Everything was upto expectation, the service was really good and easy from the process of booking. Price was affordable. Food was really delicious. And staff was really friendly and helpful, good hospitality. Good ambience.

It's a good property except for some bad experiences during last visit 2 weeks back. The quality of Linen used are very bad. They are almost worn out and beyond its life. Please change your linen and supply fresh one. This is not good for a hotel of this repute. Hope you will do the needful. I was feeling very comfortable in the bed and used another sheet to sleep over the bed cover. Also the breakfast, don't bring quality down. Last time was not good like before. Tomorrow, I will be checking in again. I believe the house keeping will act promptly.

A bit over priced but neatly maintained hotel. We checked in at 1AM and found the water valve in the bathroom is closed ! Immediately they upgraded us to a suit room in the same floor. The service response was instant The rooms as well as bathrooms are good. Spacious too. The reception staff at all point was extremely good guys. I came for a print and I was surprised with thier hospitality. Very good staff. Same at their restaurant too. This place is located in a extremely convenient and accessible place .. whenever I come to major cities in Kerala I keep my car in hotel parking and roam around in auto due to heavy traffic and non availability of parking in city. That point of view this hotel is at a great location for me

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vivin Luxury Suites not just once but twice within 24 hours, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. During my first visit, I was blown away by the instant discounts they offered, making it an excellent value for money stay. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional care and support they provided during my second visit. Due to an unexpected emergency, I had to leave my father, who was freshly discharged from the hospital after surgery, at the hotel. I informed the staff- Rahul, Haritha and Sujith about the situation, and they went above and beyond to ensure his well-being and comfort. They took the initiative to assist him and even carried the online food delivery from the ground floor to his room. Their genuine concern and attentiveness during a challenging time truly touched my heart. Speaking of the hotel itself, the views were nothing short of breathtaking. I couldn't help but feel transported to Bali, as I recalled a very similar hotel I had stayed in during my trip there. The picturesque surroundings added an extra layer of tranquility to our stay. Overall, my experience at Vivin Luxury Suites exceeded all expectations. The staff's kindness and dedication, coupled with the stunning views, made it an unforgettable stay. I wholeheartedly rate this hotel 11/10 and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and extraordinary stay in the area.
