It was very nice to stay there at Vividus.. awesome experience of stay and mouth-watering food.. highly co-operative staff at hotel and restaurant.. clean rooms and hygiene maintenance was very nice.. fast and better service.. I highly recommend this hotel to any category and any age of person..
My friends and I are from Singapore and we have very high expectations and standards for hotels. Vividus hotel was amazing during our 2 weeks stay here. The staff is polite and always ready to help but maintains a respectful distance and isn't intrusive. Even my friends from India itself says that this is a very rare hidden gem of a hotel. Manager Anshuman took very great care of us throughout our stay. The entire experience was made 10x better by his presence. I will highly recommend all my friends from Singapore to stay here if they ever visit Bangalore
The room was comfortable and well-appointed. However, I found the food to be only average considering the price of each meal. The hotel's proximity to Majestic Station was convenient, but overall, it didn't quite live up to the expectations of a 5-star establishment.
I had booked a room in vivudus Bangalore on 14th November for 18th November in advance through my travel agent. They had booked a 'superior' room. I came here at 11.30 pm. I was given a twin sharing room. As I have a small child of 2 years, I requested for changing room. So, staff Mr Suraj told me that they have just one room left, which is smaller than this. He gave me a room which is looking like an 'economy' room as per photos on hotel website. I requested him that this was a very small room and doesn't look like superior category room, please change it. So Mr Suraj denied telling me that, as we were checking in so late, all the rooms have been sold out. I won't get any other room. But I had an advanced booking, should this happen at mid night with me? That too when I have a small child with me. On the top of this, Staff manager Mr irshad is extremely rude. First of all he told my travel agent on phone that "bed size change hone par dimensions aise dikhte hai..." (As if I am an idiot and can't guage the room size.) He also denied straightforward that they will not change room as there are no rooms left. Do whatever u can. And he also told me that, aap jis tone me baat karoge, usi tone me aap ko javab milega. Asking for a complaint register, he told me we don't keep complaint registers. this was the height of Arrogance. If someone is dissatisfied with something, hotel manager has a duty to rectify it and not to react in same tone. So in a nutshell, don't book this bogus hotel with horrible staff which don't even know how to talk with a guest.
I have a 4 wheeler, and was asked to park somewhere on the roadside. That too arrogantly by the waiters outside. No sense of respect or hospitality. Will not stay again even though the rooms were decent. The management should take care to teach the faculty to respond appropriately to their customers.
Had an absolute great time at Vividus. The hotel was fantastic with all the four stars amenities. The food was delicious, the service was also quick. The room was neat and clean with all the things you could ask for.
"We had an absolutely fantastic time at the event! The staff was incredibly attentive, intelligent, and engaging, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Chef Daniel impressed us with his culinary creativity and unwavering support in recommending exquisite dishes for our entire team. The dinner was organized in honor of a retiring professor, and the team from IISC (Indian Institute of Science) left the event with smiles on their faces, thoroughly satisfied with the wonderful evening."
Stayed for 3 Nights Pros: 1. The only positive aspect of this property is Location, near to Racecourse and easy transport availability to the city center. 2. Food is passable, nothing to drool about 3. Service - Again nothing extraordinary Cons: Rooms - The biggest drawback, at least the one allotted to us. We booked Superior Double Room (doubt what was anything Superior about except the size). There were no windows and no option to get day light (as there is a building next to the "window".) Felt claustrophobic from the time of check-in. Lot of better alternatives available nearby but since we booked online did not get to understand what it is really like.
During our family event in Yelahanka, we decided to book six rooms at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. One of the standout features of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Kushal. He was incredibly accommodatin
