Just wondered. Larger than my thoughts. It's a well furnished, smoke free, educational and natural area. Everyone is disciplined. There are more than 30 grounds to play. Basketball, Cricket, Tennis, Badminton, Football etc. There are hostels, schools, maths, Temples, Prayer Halls etc. Nice place for kids. For their future.

Situated on the outskirts of the small town of Purulia, this residential school has a brilliant atmosphere for all-round development of an individual. The extremely rich flora and fauna combined with the architecturally sophisticated school buildings, hostels, auditoriums and prayer halls provides a positive feeling like no other. Despite being known for a place with excellent academic background, this place provides an un-parallel opurtunity for a vast array of co-curricular activities ranging from sports to fine-arts. I am an ex-student of this institution and frankly, my experience for 7 years here cannot be expressed in a google review. I will never forget any aspect of my Vidyapith. A nest of peace nestled in peace itself. Sprawling campus, football, volleyball, basketball grounds are there. Well maintained hostels gardens and farm are there. Students are compulsorily residential. There are free peacocks in the big trees.

This is one of the finest school located in purulia. Fully residential and homely atmosphere. I studied there from class 4 to12 . And staying here with my family in staff quarters.
