Amazing place with great hospitality. They have clean rooms, amazing hotel interiors. Only turnoff is the location. The hotel is in the Turbhe MIDC and lot of factories are around it. But once you are inside, you will live every bit of it. Check more such reviews @say_day_out
recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vivanta Navi Mumbai hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Located in Turbhe , this hotel offers a delightful blend of luxury and comfort. The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine hospitality and courtesy. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests.
In the bye lanes besides Turbhe Police Station you can find this business hotel. Nice ambience, good well kept neat rooms. Have good halls for meeting and functions. Mynt is a in house restaurant servicing great food but is on expensive side. A can of Diet Coke will cost you Rs 300
Excellent rooms and their view is astounding! Serene place to stay in. With rooftop pool, gym, spa and bar! The front desk people (Ms.Pratima and the Managers there are very warm and hospitable to the guests. On my request, it took some time for them to check me in at a higher floor. But they felt sorry for those extra minutes and genuinely reached out to me several times, whether to extend my check out time or provide me with some refreshments. So kind of them!
Opened last year in March the hotel is well designed and attention to detailing is good. The moment you enter the hotel you are welcomed with a big smile and a grand lobby. The ambiance is colorful and lively. Situated in MIDC area the views are not that great but the service and comfort compensates for that.
It was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly supportive and professional.The ambience was unmatched, and the variety of food options was impressive. The cleanliness was maintained at a high level too. I highly recommend staying here if you're ever traveling to NAVI Mumbai. Looking forward to catching up again soon!
I was expecting more from them but got very less! The staff didn't feel very welcoming. For a room service I had to call them twice and even after that the service was delivered at least after 1 hour! Breakfast was amazing for sure. But my overall experience with Vivanta was not that good. Never going back for sure.
For this trip, we decided to book a hotel away from the hustle of India. A rather good choice in that aspect. The hotel is more in the industrial area of Mumbai and not that busy as the other areas. Hotel management did their best to keep us comfortable. Mr Adnan saw to our grievances and complaints. Our entrance to the hotel was met with a horrible sewer damp type of stench. This stench is almost all over the hotel. Check inn took a while with numerous documents to sign and check. Friendly helpful staff that go out of their way to see that we are okay. Breakfast was awesome. The hot puri fresh roti omelette are well prepared and a must try. Cereal could be kept in a closed airtight Tupperware so it stays fresh. Thanks Mr Nitina and team . Pool area is awesome very refreshing, although pool towels have a stench on them as well. The foyer area around the rooms needs maintenance and needs to be cleaned. Carpets are dirty and dusty. Theres no one to maintain each floor. There's also a stench as you exit the lift to the room. Rooms are not maintained well. Very dusty dampy. Bathrooms are good to use. House keeping takes forever to respond to queries. the housekeeping team needs to clean up rooms and pay attention to detail. It takes them an hr or two just to bring a request up. Hotel is a good location but needs to be maintained to keep their 5 star rating.
This hotel offers excellent service no matter what. Food at restaurant is so good for the price. Rooms are very luxurious and spacious and very cheap. Room service and receptionist are very co-operative. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
