It is a small hotel but very well maintained. A neat , clean place. Rooms are though small in size but attached bathrooms are of fairly big enough size. The staff is courteous but room service is very slow. The location, the food and the maintenance is of a high standard. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were always found smiling and ready to serve.
I and my husband stayed at Vivanta Miramar for 4 nights in a superior room. Everything was smooth right from the check in till the check out. Check in took less than 5 minutes with minimal formalities and a very refreshing welcome drink (A Lemonade). We were then escorted to our room and our luggage was taken care of. The lift required key access for all floors except the lobby and banquet. The room was clean, cozy, a little small but had a big screen with Tata Sky and a huge Bathroom. The highlight was definitely the food. We had breakfast and lunch/dinner in our package so we opted for breakfast and dinner during our stay. The buffet has as much as 20+ items to choose from plus certain on demand cuisines. The buffet included a proper mix of veg and non veg items with local, national and international cuisines. Coming to the pool, it's on the roof but the area is small yet has an amazing view of the Arabian Sea. Also to mention, the valet. Very Professional and quick service. Also they offered us 2 hours extended check out and were willing to extend it by an hour. On our last day they celebrated our anniversary by offering us a very delicious chocolate cake. Thanks to the very courteous and polite staff our stay was very enjoyable. Although it's a business hotel but our vacation was worth the money spent.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The cab services from the hotel for day trips are better priced compared to the external providers. The hotel cabs to airport are expensive though.
Rooms were comfortably large. The air conditioning in the place was magic. The room temperature was always comfortable. The swimming pool, located on the roof, is shallow and newbies can splash around in the waters without fear. The staff took good care of us, bringing us towels as soon as we got out of the pool dripping wet. The bathroom comes with a tub. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and felt too small. The gym is in a very small space and is underequipped. The breakfast buffet is kingly. Everything from bacon to muffins to sauted vegetables is served. There were different breeds of yogurt. We even asked them to pack a few sandwiches and plums for the 5 hour travel we had ahead of us.
I went to inquire about booking room, no one knows only one lady knew she told do it on line. I went again to ask if they do buffet breakfast or buffet lunch it was no again. Also not welcoming place. I asked for card with details like email address telephone. I was asked at desk what for I was asking for? I had to tell so I can book room in future. I been many different Taj Hotels it's always welcoming. Hope in future they will have better staff there.
The food was good! Lovely service. The price of breakfast buffet was 1.2k plus tax per person. The spread was pretty huge with a lot of options.
Had visited Taj Vivanta at Miramar, Goa from 1st to 4th Sep'23 with my family. Would say that it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment through the front gate, the staff were welcoming. The people at the front desk were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. On reaching our room we had a beautiful view of the Miramar beach, which even made our stay all the more amazing and exciting. Having enjoyed their food in Mynt, it can be said that it's filled with local Goan delicacies as well as cuisines from around the world which had been specially hand-crafted by their expert chefs. The breakfast buffet was widespread and has the capability to satisfy everyone's palette. Luch and dinner menu was awesome and the deserts were out of this world. All in all, a very delightful and memorable experience in Taj Vivanta at Miramar, Goa.
Had 3days workshop at Taj Vivanta, Miramar. The food was very good. Thanks to Chef Puneet and his team. The gulab jamun and besan ka halwa was too good. Only draw back was we didn't get parking for the car inside the hotel.
