It was my pleasure to stay in here. I chose to stay in here because of the excellent location, and dear Lord I fell in love with the etiquettes and professionalism of the hotel staffs in here. Besides of that the rooms were properly maintained and clean and also not to forget the amazing food, both the taste and quality of food exceeded my expectations and was excellent, I felt like each penny of my mine was worth it in here. Also an honourable mention to Ms. Resham, she was really an amazing staff, the way she made me feel comfortable and checked after each and every of my needs so professionally and made me feel ease in every moment during my stay in there she really deserves a praise from my side. In total it was an amazing experience in here.

I visited this hotel... I was happy, it's is the one of the best and famous hotels with very good services.The food quality was also very good, and the staff members were also too good. Miss Resham one of the hotel's member, she deserves a special outstanding for her service. I just felt safe and comfortable. Overall a good time spent there

hotel itself? Pure bliss! It felt like stepping into a paradise. The rooms? Total luxury. The food? Ah, let's just say I had a love affair with their cuisine. From room to the location , everything was top-notch. My experience was good at Hotel Vivanta, thanks to Resham and the fantastic team. If warmth and coziness had a vacation home, this would be it! Highly,recommend for anyone craving comfort in their travels. Can't wait to go back and bask in their hospitality again!

Pros:- Its one of the famous hotels with very good service. i have been here a couple of times and had a good experience here. It is located in the prime location of Whitefield which has an easy mode of bus and metro facility. Enough parking facilities are present. Food quality is very good, all types of cuisines are available here. Cons:- No cons as of such Overall a good place for conducting some conferences and meetings.

Terrible experience. The shower didn't drain and my room flooded. I complained three times about the showerr too, which shut on its on every time after 5 minutes. The food and the service were bad too. Not much variety at dinner. I ask for simple things like a bowl and they never give it to me. Something like this happened 4 times. The dining staff were not attentive and some were even rude. Lastly, I paid my bill and they said they didn't have change and decided to keep the leftover. It felt like I was staying at a motel. Ive stayed at the Marriot and Oakwood nearby and both were much better experiences.

Went for a buffet lunch. Good service, courteous staff, mediocre food. There were very few starter options, expected more vegetarian starters. Not worth the price for buffet lunch. The desserts and drinks were sub standard. The dining area is very spacious and the ambience is nice.

Rooms are great and have an amazing view. Special thanks to staff and his colleagues for going the extra mile in giving us a memorable dinner experience. The location is a little difficult to reach with many careful water crossings, which takes longer but worth it. The rastauramt servicing every 15 to 20 minutes nice one
