I stayed in this hotel with my family on holiday. It is a wonderful hotel with beautiful ambience, excellent facilities and wonderful services. The hotel building is in a beautiful Moghul palace style with well-pointed lush gardens and in-the-garden dinning setting for guests. All rooms have beautiful views to the garden or the swimming pool. The staff are all super nice and are most helpful to attend your needs. I had a request for personal reasons to change the rooms and they arranged it happily for the second night of our stay. The kitchen staff are very nice (Santosh Shitak, Sainath Rathod) and will do any extra yard to meet your request. The rooms are good and very clean. It was a wonderful stay for the family. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to visit Aurangabad!

I could give more stars if the option was available . The rooms are amazing.view is serene and breakfast is just an experience in itself . Mr virendar sing in latitude was very warm and welcome . Well having said that all the staff are so nice and warm they really take all the efforts to make you feel comfortable
I have yet to stay here. I am trying to reserve a room and want to confirm a few details before confirming my reservation. The quality of their call center could be way better. I spent 1 hour connecting to their reservation assistant five times. I tried calling from three different numbers, but the voice was breaking every time, and there was a lot of disturbance. I could not hear them at all. I could listen to their operator, but the voice quality went to zero when they transferred it to the reservation officer. One time I could speak to an operator at length, but she blamed my network coverage. Ridiculous phone service, not even worth 1 star. There better outsource to a good quality call center. The one they are having is pathetic.
