Vivana-The Business Hotel - Hotel in Dhanbad, Kasitanr - Dhanbad, India

I was there for business meeting and stayed for a night. Service, staff of the hotel was good. Enjoyed live music. Food was delicious and hygenic. Pros: Good ambient Prime location Good service at this price segment. Live music Cons: Bar and restaurant are at different floors and at distant as well. Breakfast timing not good.

Hotel is pathetic and there is no proper room and response . Service is zero and they are hungry of money. They don't believe in service. If you will stay in this hotel you will regret.More to add if you will visit pool side ,there were insects in the pool . When you will checkin there will be no person to assist you. Room service will be done in 2 hour. Staff are highly misbehaved. Why to stay in hotel where you pay but greeting nothing out of return. My decision is firm that this hotel is not good for stay .There are many good hotels in Dhanbad with huge courtesy they provide. We booked 25 rooms in the Hotel and see the response which they have given to me. This indicates how unprofessional they are. After all hotel owner with such mentality who treat guest like this is pathetic. There can be life danger while staying in this hotel.

All the staff were very, very friendly...very helpful...very professional. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. (get discounts for the rooms at the reception) The waiters were exceptional...polite and attentive in every way. The landscaping is beautifully The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. There is complete tranquility if one wishes just to relax around There is a wellness at the hotel for all.

All staff were courteous. Room and all amenities are good. Sure a second visit. Only bar have a loud music that is negetive as per me otherwise all okay.

Vivana is nice. Located on the main highway and the ambience is quiet and aesthetically pleasing. Food is good. So are the drinks.

I came to stay here for a wedding.The rooms are good but the ac is not so useful and there is no fan.The swimming pool is not well maintained and the building structure is like a car parking.The service is good and the staffs are friendly.We also have access to the gym.

The hotel property was good. staffs were helpful. food was tasty. rooms are spacious enough and the bathroom is so big. the only problem we faced was the centralized air-conditioned was not efficiently cooling the room in the day time. but at night it was good. please look into the AC system.
