Vivaant retreat and conventions - Resort hotel in Nashik - Nashik, India

Staff is good, but the rooms are not maintained, total unhygienic place to stay.. lights were not working, bedsheets were stinky, bed was on the verge of breaking, on switching on the AC, water started dripping inside the room, bedsheets and towels were untidy and smelly.

Its one of the worst resort you could go to. Staff is ill mannered and there is no management at all. Rooms are super dirty with fungus and dust all over. Utilities do not work. Food service is less then mediocre. Swimming pool has broken pieces of tiles and Game zone do not have anything working. Please do not believe on pictures you see on their site, the rooms & the management our far worst then you can imagine.

Overall: 2.6/5 If planning 1-2 day trips then it's a decent location for good ambience. The campus of the resort is good and the rooms are okay with basic services(Ac/Tv/Hot Shower) but could have been much better as shown in pictures. Beds were clean but the bedsheets and toilet were a bit dirty. Certainly didn't match the pictures the owners have posted - Have kids area and activity area where you can play tt, carrom, basketball - Pool is good not sure if that's maintained well during off season too as we visited during monsoon it was mostly okay. - Breakfast was good as per the quantity and quality not sure about the lunch and dinner but the place where the food is served can be improved it literally had ceiling leakages.( we encountered a weird case regarding food ordering.. please check with reception before ordering outside nonveg food) - The staff is mostly helpful.

1. We were a group of 5 and visited Vivaant yesterday( 8th july to 9th july) and tbh this resort is pathetic. 2. Rooms are not clean and has water leakge and fungus on walls. Bathrooms are not clean as well. 3. The bed sheet, pillow cover, shawl, towel all were dirty and had to call and ask for a new one. There was fungus on them as well. 4. The window sliding does not function properly, AC remote does not have cells. 5. The swimming pool has broken tiles and it was dirty on the left side of the pool. One of my friend got a cut on her thumb and started bleeding bcoz the tiles in the pool were broken and had sharp edges and there's no board to aware people about it. 6. The plates, bowl, spoon and other cutlery items in the pantry was dirty. People had to literally think and clean it with tissues before taking them. 7. The said timing for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the actual timing is different and on top of it these guys do not have man power for servicing and so you will have to wait for the food to get refilled. 8. Common washrooms were smelly. 9. Table tennis table is broken, there's no ball to play basket ball. 10. Rain dance equipment was not functioning. 11. Soap, shampoo sachet, handwash soap were not given. Only small medimix soap,5 water bottles were given. I Appreciate that. 12. On complaining they said we will change the roos but after waiting for 1.5 hrs, they say that all rooms are booked, we cannot help. 13. There is so much of mismanagement that when we complained about all this and asked for atleast 50% of refund, we were asked to take checkout at 6pm on 1st day and take a credit note and use it next time in rainforest. 14. 1 rooms were given to multiple people, other guests also complained about poor rooms. 15. The manager does not pick calls.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vivaant Retreat and Conventions in Igatpuri with a group of friends on a monsoon weekend getaway. While we encountered a few ups and downs during our stay, I must say that the overall experience was truly awesome. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were quickly escorted to our rooms. The resort itself is nestled amidst the beautiful Sahyadri Mountains, providing a picturesque backdrop that immediately captured our hearts. Speaking of the rooms, they were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. We had a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from our balcony, which added an extra charm to our stay. It was a pleasure to wake up to such natural beauty every morning. The resort offered a wide range of activities and facilities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. We enjoyed exploring the lush green gardens, taking refreshing dips in the swimming pool, and indulging in some friendly competition on the sports courts. The recreational options provided by Vivaant Retreat and Conventions were extensive, catering to various interests and preferences. One of the highlights of our trip was the delicious food served at the resort's restaurant. The buffet spread consisted of a variety of cuisines, including local Maharashtrian dishes that left us wanting more. The chefs at Vivaant Retreat and Conventions truly impressed us with their culinary skills, and the attentive waitstaff ensured that our dining experience was always enjoyable. While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a few minor hiccups during our stay. There were occasional issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity, and some areas of the resort could benefit from additional maintenance. However, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at Vivaant Retreat and Conventions. The monsoon weather added an enchanting touch to our stay. The resort's location in Igatpuri allowed us to witness the beauty of the Sahyadri Mountains in their full glory. The lush greenery and misty landscapes made for a truly serene and rejuvenating experience. We also took the opportunity to explore the nearby attractions, such as the famous Bhatsa River Valley and the magnificent Tringalwadi Fort. Lastly, I must commend the exceptional service provided by the staff at Vivaant Retreat and Conventions. They were always polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel like valued guests. In conclusion, despite a few minor ups and downs, my friends and I had an amazing time at Vivaant Retreat and Conventions in Igatpuri. The beautiful location, comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and excellent service all contributed to our enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway amidst nature's splendor.

Best in service and food quality was great. Had amazing time. Clean and sanitised restrooms. Had alot of fun. Must visit place with friends and family.

Oh, where do I begin with my unforgettable experience at Vivaant? This hotel is truly in a league of its own when it comes to dirtiness and unpleasantries! If you're a fan of living on the edge and exploring new frontiers of grime, this is the place for you. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by bedsheets that seemed to have participated in a mud-wrestling championship. I must say, they truly embodied the hotel's commitment to dirtiness. Not to mention, even after they were changed, they somehow managed to remain loyal to their filthy origins. The staff at Vivaant are experts in the art of unfriendliness. They've truly mastered the art of turning a simple request into a Herculean task. Forget about customer service with a smile; here, you'll be lucky if you get a scowl and an eye-roll to go along with your unpleasant experience. Now, let's talk about the room itself. I've always been fascinated by nature, but having a live nature show inside my accommodation was a bit too much. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I'm talking about the mice droppings extravaganza in the cupboard! It was like a mini zoo, right there in my temporary home. Who needs a five-star hotel when you can have a one-star zoo experience? Oh, and the shower! Or should I say, the "illusion of water." It's truly magical how Vivaant manages to create the illusion of running water without actually delivering any. It's like a modern art installation that mocks your basic needs. Kudos to the hotel for turning something as mundane as taking a shower into a performance art piece! In conclusion, if you're looking for an adventure in filth, a staff that would make Grumpy Cat seem like a ray of sunshine, and a waterless shower experience, then Vivaant is your dream destination. But for the rest of us who value cleanliness, friendly faces, and basic amenities, I strongly suggest seeking refuge elsewhere. Remember, folks, cleanliness is next to godliness, and Vivaant is light-years away from either! #VivaantMoreLikeVivaNah

Beware of this resort. Agoda or any other booking partner will confirm the booking, you take all pains to travel to this place and on reaching they say no booking because they have alloted already booked rooms to someone paying higher price on eleventh hour. And there will be many others like you stranded, arguing helplessly with rude reception guys. All they would offer is to sit on sofa, where mobile network works intermittently, and figure yourself out with agoda/any other booking partner to resolve this fiasco. You will be left high and dry as you will not get any other booking anywhere for the same day. And this was my personal experience on 8th July 2023.
