Taken the delivery of my Hyryder Neodrive V from here. Jose Thomas was my sales officer, he stood by his words and ensured smooth delivery within one week. Jose is very polite and supporting during this process, he ensured seamless process from start to end. I didn't have any unpleasant situation with Viva. Overall quite happy experience with Viva and definitely would recommend others as well.

I took my car for 2 times here for 10 k service and 2nd time for rat mesh and under chasis coating. Manoj was the executive both time took care of car, handles well, understand the customer queries well and gets the things done at time. Service for 10k what was needed only was taken for service, unnecessary things was not considered. Will continue to take service here for my car

Very fair sales and service Specially for sales Adviser Is Co operative

Poorly advised by advisor to do services that were not warranted for a regular first service. The charges inflated the bill by 100%, more than what it should be. Beware of the advises provided. Unethical ways to draw money from a customer who trusts them. Very Unfortunate!
