Rooms are average. Bathroom tap was not working. Blanket was stained.There was very strong detergent/cleaner smell everywhere in the room. Breakfast buffet is below average here. Pohe were not even warm. Puri-Bhaji was very oily.They provide jam-butter with bread but no toaster.I liked only tea here. Service is prompt. Hotel is at prime location.

It's a very old property and hasn't been maintained at all. The walls leak, the shower is broken and doesn't rotate and the water smells like chlorine.. we had to change 3 rooms in the same night because all the ACs are extremely noisy. Finally, we gave up and slept with only the fan on. And because the hotel is situated very near to the highway, there is continuous hammering and digging going on all night.. we hardly slept peacefully..we had also opted for breakfast, but ended up eating only bread-butter and jam. The idli was so hard and dry!! And the sambar was too sour.. for 3k per night, it is the worst place to stay.
Rooms and bathrooms neat and clean. Reception staff is very polite and friendly. There were small cockroaches under the bed and in the bathroom. They need to do something about it asap. Just make sure to check if the water bottles provided to you are sealed. Don't accept bottles without seal as that raises doubt of contamination in water. I got few unsealed bottles during my stay and I asked to replace them.
Everything about this hotel is cool. Cold water in the hot water line, cold breakfast, cold tea, cold service, and cold discounts. The mattresses are not as per luxury hotel standards and the overall comfort quotient is low. Stay only if you have no other option.
