Service is not good. They don't clearly explained the pricing. Did not liked it there. There is room service but sometimes the food is not good. they do not tell us how they will charge us . Rooms are good. Toilet is clean. But it's the pricing and service that is not good. Other than that it's fine. If you want to stay for few days it's ok. But there are many hotels nearby which give better service than this . I would not recommend it unless you wanna be scamed. I felt like that. It's just not worth it. At first they will tell you that you only need to pay a certain amount but when you check out they will say you have to pay more. Clearly they do not tell this at first but tell this at last minute. Is your a tourist or not certain about the place this place is not for you. NOT RECOMMEND.

Firstly, this was a immediate booking during year end time. Very difficult to find hotels available but Viva hotel accepted the booking. Its 3 star hotel. Big hotel, entrance is classy. Very near to madgaon railway station. Rental taxis/bikes easily available near by because of Railway station. Pros : Good hotel, ambience is good, cleanliness, room service is good, we took the big room since we were three people. So that was well arranged. Easy to commute from this place to Colva, varca beach, betalbatim side. Hotel folks can make taxi arrangements for pick and drop, washrooms are big and well maintained. Cons : biggest con is no wifi on floor and rooms. Only in lobby they have wifis. people at reception should be more proactive and communicator if we ask something, No kitchen service in the hotel. You can order it on reception but they will get it from outside, extra services like coffee, bottles are charged. No wifi in room. No kitchen service after 9:00 pm. Spacious rooms, clean and tidy, well maintained washrooms, emergency services, no strict rules of not carrying outside food,alcohol.
The hotel is not as great as it looks in the photos. Service is slow. Good thing is Just outside the property there is small shops in the hospital building for any needs. Station is walkable. Beach is far away. Nearest beach colva is 10kms away.
Basically it was a good experience here, rooms were nicely organised and clean. Even the staff is supportive. For food i would say don't be dependent on here ... Food is good but not for all vegetarians... I would suggest to atleast keep 2 door mats near bathroom so avoid water all over the floor. Also please solve the issue of water logging. Rest overall the hotel is perfect for family and business meetings

Near to Madgaon Railway station and a hospital next to the Hotel. If you order food in your room it takes 45 mins. Their restaurant was stinking. Breakfast experience is bad. Breakfast was not not buffet. They will serve you breakfast only what you ordered. The height is when you require tea coffee sachet within your room it's extra chargeable. also drinking water they provide you 2 bottles per day. Extra is charged. There is no nearby restaurants for eateries. Do well research before booking this hotel.

The Madgaon railway station is not far from Hotel Go Goa. The tariff is quite fair. The space was really large and well-kept. Very clean, especially the bathroom. The a/c system was operating efficiently. Service was delivered promptly and politely.
