You can consider this workplace for a progressive career. I joined this company after working for some other company for 3 years. But, when I started working here, I started realising that I had much to learn. No sort of monotonous stuffs happens here. Everyday brings a new learning experience.

If you want to learn while you work, then don't worry. We here have some company sponsored courses that company has made available for the employees. Company has made this arrangement to allow its employees to upgrade their knowledge and skills. So thoughtful initiative. Appreciate it.

It has allowed me to enhance my capabilities and use the existing ones. Always believed in collective efforts, and it has helped me a lot, while handling the team. Good talent all around. The company is not worth of 1 star also but had to select one for their betrayal. Can't trust the company. After issuing the offer letter, i resigned from my previous job and at the time of joining they said they have hired someone else and said we can't place you in our company. I asked to compensate my loss, they denied. Company is not trustworthy.

HR documentation and record keeping is up to the mark here. The company's HR personnel are very efficient in it. Even they take efforts in understanding and resolving any concern of employees. Good to see that they are so proactive and responsive in their job.

If anyone is in need of loan, and if that very person has been in the company for long with exceptional seniority/tenure, then considering their requirement and eligibility, company gives them interest free loans. It is something new, that at least, I have not seen it elsewhere.

We celebrate every festival in the company. Also, we have other engagement activities that brings us together. Such celebrations and activities bring positive vibes in the office.
