I went for an engagement make up and they just ruined it as in the base of the make up was all good and they just frustrated with their service. They exhausted me by my repeated requests to give me discount but later on they didn't put compact for which my make up went into vain and I was sweating and my make up worsened after two hours. Bad at customer handling.

Worst of the worst experience. Would not suggest anyone to waste their precious on them. Took party makeup service from them.Worst experience of life.Ruined my whole party.I don't know their criteria of hiring people but they surely are not hiring professionals and charging you huge amount.

Warning Warning Very very poor quality work. Burnt my daughter's whole body during wax. Took pre bridal services from them . They did half work.. half of the services they forgot. I had to remind them for the remaining services. Pedicure manicure - time given 5 mins..no massage, no cream.. they are only fooling customers. After facial when my daughter told, that she forgot black head removal, the lady told she doesn't need that. Are you kidding me???? The makeup girl (she was not from Viva thankfully) on the day of wedding removed some of her blackheads. I would recommend everyone to stay away from them.. They are just money making business trying to fool Customers.

Best in all spheres..I am fond of their hair services and various aroma massages. Priyanka Prajapati Ji is expert is her domain. She is very soft spoken and Helping. I am overwhelmed to receive this top class of service in Varanasi.

Had a wonderful time... Got Oxy Clean up and Treatment Head massage.... Service provided by Priyanka Di here was awesome... She constantly asked me if I was comfortable throughout my sessions....
