We came for a corporate visit and chose to stay in this hotel. The rooms are neat and clean and the service is one of its kind. The management is very responsive and cordial with their behaviour. The food has been the major attraction. The taste and the quality is way better than most of the hotel cum restaurants all over India.We would book the same hotel once again we come to Surat. Thank you VITS Surat for your kind service. Looking forward to book again.
Excellent Stay... It's was very random trip and last min hotel search. Ideal location super clean room , clean washroom. The staff was very helpful and sweet. The best part is hitel having their own parking as the hitel is located near railway station. Food is also very Excellent. I would highly recommend this property as they have budget prices superb food super clean and hygienic rooms and washroom. All the best team purple beds. We loved your hospitality.

NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY 1)PAID HEVAY AMOUNT OF 38000/- RS FOR 2 ROOMS FOR 3 NIGHTS IN THIS PRICE NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. 2)RESTAURANT STAAF IS AROGANT. 3) NO BASIC Amenities Provided we have to call reception 2,3 times for basic amenities. 4)Room cleaning was provided only 1 time in 3 days of my stay 5) Bathroom of the room were to much stinky 6) Curtains of the window was dirty filld with dirty stains. 7)Room service staff was good but the front desk and back desk staaf was not well trained. 8) Paid for extra mattress in room. Mattress was Provided 4 hrs later after check in into the room. Overall review over-priced hotel & restaurant I rate this hotel out of 10/2
Located in the area called Lal dharwaja. This hotel is walkable from surat railway station. The reception was warm and check in was fast. Rooms are neat and tidy. The restaurant offers good choices. Their South Indian food is tasty. Overall a satisfying experience
