VITS Select Kudro Destinn - Hotel in Mangaluru - Dakshina Kannada, India

The hotel is perfect with the kind of rooms and service they provide especially at the kind of prices they offer. Only single issue I found was their first impression is not that great as the lobby area is not at all ventilated and it becomes very very difficult to stand in that humid atmosphere. The rooms are well air conditioned but when we first enter it feels very annoying due to the zero ventilation. The staff was very hospitable otherwise and took the feedback positively.

We had booked the room in advance a d there was a delay in our check-in time. We had already informed about the late check-in but still the room was not made available and non functional room with no access to hot water, no AC and no basic commodities like towel was given to us. Service is extremely bad! Receptionist just want to satisfy their personal business gains and does not care about the incoming Customers! Extremely poor service.

We stayed at VITS Select Kudro Destinn and really liked the hotel. It's new property which is spic and span and well maintained. The rooms are spacious with all modern amenities. The suite room is large enough for a comfortable family stay. The hotel has co-working space as well and hence is perfect for business travelers too. The hotel has separate restaurants for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Their menu is quite exhaustive and their local dishes are delicious. Highly recommend to make it a base to explore Mangalore.

I'd say that this is the ideal place to stay. Excellent service, delicious meal, and a really lucky stay. I genuinely adored and cherished it. I would say it was just perfect, had a nice atmosphere, and was quite secure. Perfect ambience

I had been to the tow bar and restaurant with family. I came to know about this hotel through a agent who was selling vouchers for food and rooms. The management is very pathetic and discourage to avail the discount mentioned in the vouchers and they speak only hindi. The room vouchers are also being discouraged by the staff who have to convinced by the customer. No priority for the customer as they are considering business for personal gain by fooling customers through subtle marketing.

No parking provided for cars, you need to park your vehicle outside hotel, heavy traffic, not great a experience, service staff, receptionists are forgetting , too much attitude , quality of rooms are good for this price however no ventilation, cigarette smell will come from other rooms, avg hospitality... avoid booking in this hotel.. I booked for 3 days ! Suffered a lot !.. Veg hotel food taste is below avg.. For any liquids such as water thy change extra 40 % extra on MRP.. no outside food.. overall 1.5 / 5.

The place was really great and service is also super good The hospitality was up to the mark and we get everything for what we paid Service is extremely good and even food was great here. Hoping to visit again. I recommend this for a good and amazing stay

Everything was good, the only problem is with the parking which they don't have. Good stay at a good price.. property is maintained and looks new with modern fittings.
