VITS Select Daman - Hotel in Daman, Marwad - Daman, India

Worst ever hotel visited in my life span of 20yrs. The staff is very rude and don't know how to talk to the guest and uses hard language in front of kids , women's and aged people and the never accept that they were wrong at times . I had a booking at the hotel from 28th to 30th of November in which I have booked for cottage rooms and then they have changed to deluxe room without any approval.. I have paid 60k for cottage and the have provided us the delux room which not even worth of 3k . The toilet was so dirty and stinking that no one will be able to stay even for 10 minutes . Even after informing the reception and the housekeeping staff they were like will apply room freshner and the bad odour will go if not use the same again and again. Even the A/C were not working and there was water leakage constantly.. even the front office manager Mmr. Ranjit Roa was very rude to my mother and my grand mom and the sales manager:- Mr Vivek was the worst person ever meet in the hospitality industry..

This hotel is not even worth giving 1 star rating as the location is worst and the hotel staff is very uneducated and unprofessional. Being from a hospitality industry I have never ever seen any front office manager and the sales manager talking to their guest in such an horrible way. Mr. Ranjith Rao and Mr. Vivek both this people are the worst human being ever meet them in my life and that too in hospitality industry.. there don't have even a courtesy to even say sorry to the femal they have abused to.

The DLX rooms are not up to the mark and very poor condition....food is was also average this time...on weekends they have some parties for corporate hence heavy DJ sound will be there but weekdays are silent....

Very nice location. Great sea view. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The only thing lacking was customer service which was super lazy. Was struggling to switch on the TV. Gave calls at the reception three times, no one cared enough to come. Had to ultimately figure out on my own. If you're ready to not interact with the staff much for services and plan to just have a good time on your own, then this is the place. If you're picky and require services at every other point, you might want to skip this place! Cheers.

Nice place to stay in daman...The view is awesome and the service is first class. Housekeeping was available for 24*7. haven't tried the food so no reviews on that. but over all stay was perfectly awesome!! staff is very helpful and understanding. thank you for treating us so well! I have an infant who crawls, we require the floor to be cleaned every time we come back from outside. so whenever i call for housekeeping they are there on time to keep it neat and clean. Loved VITS Select Daman services and staff behaviour!

It was a fantastic stay, we were gone just for an outing for our 26th Marriage Anniversary. We just Informed to reserve one corner in the restaurant as privacy and for our private celebration, restaurant staff has helped us to decorate and our celebration was wonderful Rooms are spacious and clean, all rooms are beach facing with very nice views. The food is also very good. In the hotel it was a very good experience. however the only drawback is the locality.

The hotel states sea facing rooms so dont be misguided. The rooms doesn't have balcony. You need to come to the common corridor for the sea view... Room service staff is good. Food menu has limited options but tastes good.. Note: I had come to the hotel hoping for sea view room but was dissapointed. There are some rooms which have a sea view from the window. Even after my repeated request the hotel people didn't give me those rooms saying they were occupied which I found were not. Hotel charges premium charges for on the counter booking so i am assuming they don't provide sea view rooms to bookings customers. Need to note..

Rooms are spacious. Location is plus. You can enjoy the sea and beautiful sunset from your room. They mention pool in amenities but its not. Overall its a nice hotel for comfortable stay. We booked it last minute so we get it in heavy cost. So try to book in advance.
