VITS Kalyan - Bhiwandi - Hotel in Bhiwandi, Ranjnoli - Thane, India

Hotel management doesn't have sense how to treat their long staying customer. I stayed there almost 08 days and payment was from direct company, but they didn't have a little bit faith while they have already received few days payment. They create chaos during checkout and demand their balance outstanding prior check out. Although they have all details of company and was directly in touch with admin. I wouldn't refer this hotel to anyone due to their behaviour during checkout.

Such a very bad Staff of hotel very rude behaviour. I stayed 04 days , they have changed my room in between. Breakfast is such a disaster . From last 04 days I am begging for invoice they simply say they will send it but they don't send.

Too good. Staying in ViTs hotel bhiwandi was a great experience. I was accompanying my husband on a business trip to have a look at factory in bhiwandi. We wer not sure as there are so many negative reviews about this property. But v decided to go with instinct and when v called at hotel, reception guy was polite and he obliged to hold the room for us without advance payment. We arrived late at around 9pm from indore driving down to bhiwandi and staff had kept the room ready. Rooms are really spacious, hotel lobby is clean n well-lit. Bathroom is spacious as well and has all amenities, hot water, toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet roll n soap n shampoo. Windows are big and has good view of sky. We ate our breakfast in kamat restaurant downstairs and food is really good. Puri bhaji, mendu vada, idli, even triple schezwan rice, sandwich, pineapply juice all v ordered in our 5 days stay, all turned our good for our tastebuds. Their room service is very quick, food comes within 10 mins of ordering. They have malvani restaurant downstairs too. There is skydhaba upstairs, sheltered by all four sides open, so in monsoon v enjoyed evening dinner with winds n rains, some paplet fry n vodka. Great experience. Housekeeping staff is polite and promptly arrive to clean up as u call them. Bedsheets are clean and room even has work table, good wardrobe, even spare table to eat and just gaze out of window after day's work. I will say my stay was worth every penny here. I dont know what people expect from hotels that are decent enough to provide u business class facilities at such good rates. For a woman travellers also this place is safe as I used to stay back alone when my husband used to travel to factory. So happy we chosr VITS . Keep up good work.

Very poor quality service. No proper system/application for invoice generation. Ask for the payment first without invoice. Very chip quality food. Staff don't have manners to talk to customer. No responsible person available at the hotel. No housekeeping, No hot water.

Had been to the restaurant for having food. They had offer of Malvan meals which included Chicken Thali, Mutton Thali and Fish Thali cost of which was Rs. 99 only. It even offered unlimited rice and Gravy. Quality of food was superb ( though I didn't have it being a vegetarian) but my friend appreciated the food a lot. Staff was very courteous and well behaved. Worth visiting.

Nothing like the famous Kamats experience. Though we were 7-8 people, they refused to open the AC hall. And no, the AC was not faulty, they just quoted orders from above! And then, half the items on the menu were missing even during lunch time. Whatever was available was strictly average fare. And, oh yes, how could I forget that we waited for 15 minutes & a reminder to make them clear our tables so that we could occupy it!

Easy to locate as it's closer to the highway. Been here with friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here Hotel is nice and clean Staff here are polite and helpful The view from home was very lovely Had a relaxing and chilling weekend here They also have three in house Restaurant... so you don't even need to worry about food so for lunch one can enjoy authentic Malvani Cuisine At Malvani Spice restaurant For dinner rooftop restaurant Sky Dhaba is the best. Here you just chill and enjoy north Indian and Chinese Cuisine For Breakfast Kamats is the best to enjoy South Indian Buffet spread Food from all three restaurant are really good... Best experience I had at Sky Dhaba... Definitely worth visiting... If you wanna Chill and relaxed

One of the Worst place to be. Had an Family function (Engagement) but have to be honest. they Sucks in each and every department. Poor Management. Unclean Rooms. AC Not working. Staff Members not responding on time. Avoid at any cost.
