I'm thrilled with my experience at Zumba classes! I've lost 10 kg of weight, and I can't thank them enough in just 3 months. The instructor Preeti Ma'am is fantastic, the classes are engaging, and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend Vita Fitness by Preeti Ma'am to anyone looking to get fit and healthy in Bhopal.

This is the Best fitness studio in Bhopal. You will get party like atmosphere here daily. Preety mam is very supportive and encourages us to push our limits. You will learn new steps of latest songs here that too very easily. Preety mam makes it so easy for all of us. Loosing weight is not stressful anymore. She makes every day special and tries to make every session interesting. Every occasion is celebrated here with full enthusiasm. Lovely place Highly recommended

Highly recommended! It's been 1.5 months since I joined Vita Women Fitness Studio Aka "NAARI AKHAADA" and it turned out to be a great decision. This place is full of outstanding dance workout sessions, fun atmosphere , mind-blowing energy and extremely talented, helpful and polite instructor she is the biggest motivator.I have witnessed myself become better both physically and mentally everyday and all the credit goes to Preeti Ma'am.Her passionate and hardworking attitude towards her sessions is inspiring in many ways.This place is making my mental health better, inspiring me to push my limits and helping me develop a good mindset just by the positivity and smile of one and only vita ma'am. It's an absolute positive place with positive and beautiful people and hence, has a positive effect on both mind and body.

VITA is vibe Preeti di is a bundle of joy she works on different types of fitness activities and make it really fun and effective place us. I have literally seen difference in my strength . I have never done any physical training before but after i have joined VITA within a week I have noticed changes in my energy levels & strength. It's not only a fitness studio but it keeps us positive , light & energetic throughout the day . VITA is the only reason I have started to compromise my morning sleep .... Power packed energy levels . The best place to sweat out .

This is one of the best thing I did in my life. Mam is highly enthusiastic and have positive mindset. She looks so so young omg. I mean anyone who wants to stop herself from ageing.... Come here regularly. I am in love with this place. Seriously.

This is the place where I feel most energetic and relaxed. After joining Vita Women Fitness Studio, I realised working out can be fun. All the workout sessions along with garba/dandiya session are very much fun. All the different themes on festivals and weekends keeps me motivated to exercise regularly. This is the perfect place to enjoy and work out at same time.

Zumba - this word , When I was in 9th standard I heard this thing this form of exercise for the first time and did it at Vita Fitness studio and now I have completed my graduation and still I am in love with this place ,the people here and the vibes. I currently reside in Mumbai for my job but whenever I come bhopal even for a week I make sure I come here , bcz yaha ki vibes believe me guysss I just cannot stop talking about how this is the best workout place for me and every women. Here each and every member is given personal attention. After completing my college I was i bhopal for 2 months and managed to loose 11 kgs easily with her workout and diet and her daily dose of motivation. I wish I could just live here forever And you should never think that you're slim so you don't need it or any form of exercise. Strength and stamina matters and not weight.

This is the place where you get refreshed and relaxed. You don't have to push yourself harder to come here and excercise regularly because workout sessions are so much fun here. You get a chance to socialize with other women out there as well. So many inspirations are there in this gym. The instructor herself is powerhouse of energy, enthusiasm, fun, and hardwork. She organises outdoor activities time to time. So overall I would rate this place 5/5. Best gym exclusively for women.
