The location was perfect for our plan. The rooms were decent but not so clean.. cockroaches were running in the toilet. The toilet floor wasn't so great. Stayed only for around 2hours in the room so managed somehow. The glasses in the rooms were dirty and not at all cleaned after the previous use .
Rooms are good.. but maintenance is poor.. towels provided were seems to be used and left..

When I got into the room, the room was pretty clean and more than enough for a family(2+1) to stay. At the same time, I was experiencing something bad , since the AC was not working properly. I escalated to the staff and to the manager. it took some time to identify the issue (actually the issue was unexpected and nothing to do with the management), meanwhile the manager and staff were very kind and gave me another room with extra bad as well as extra check-out hours as a complementary after understanding my return journey plan. The people here are very felxi and supportive. At last, my stay was perfect and I had an overall very good experience. it's worth staying at this hotel for the people coming from different areas with family or with friends. A very Happy Stay!
Not worth the price, no one at the reception, not even providing amenities, no complimentary services, asked us to pay Rs.500 for minor spillage on sheets. Extremely bad and manipulative behavior. We literally felt threatened.

Rooms are good and quite place in busy city bathroom are neat and good room ac and tv was good if you want just to stay means it's ok but facility like foods and extra amenity are not there need to order in online or to buy

It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
