Untidy and unprofessional staff. During a pilgrimage trip with my family, I visited the site. I found the rooms to be unclean. It seemed as if the linens had not been changed for a long time. The towels were so hard that they felt like sand paper. There were pan stains on the washbasins. The air conditioner did not work. As a whole, I found it to be a waste of time and money.

Few hassle to improve will be avoid ignorance from reception & staff. I stayed for 4days & none listen to any of my request, starting from refill water can to cleaning just one day. Second was parking, the staff had no clue on why outsiders park their vehicles in their space. If we omit these above experience was great & will stay again if i visit again due to cleanliness, and response from manager after complaint.

Service apartments near the main road. Basic. WiFi is weak due to the cement walls, only work in the drawing room. Kitchen is unsatisfactory, two glasses and one spoon provided. There were two pots and no usable utensils so cooking was not an option. The provided refrigerator was turned off, had mold growing, smelt bad, and had no shelves. There are many ok eating places within a few minutes walk.

A full complex of apartments let out as service apartments. Situated in the main area of the city. Three bedrooms available. Those who plan to visit the Meenakshi Amman temple with more family members can very well use this apartments.

Somewhat disappointed with our selection after seeing 4+ star rating in google. Apartments were good but some bedrooms are very small (matchbox size). Water heater was not working. Bathroom and kitchen fittings were broken. They call it service apartment but their 'service' is the real problem we faced. Receptionist was rude while receiving guests. 50% payment was made online one day advance. Although the balance 50% was due at check-out time, the receptionist kept insisting for payment while checking-in claiming it is month end and closing. It is their problem, not the guests. After forcefully taking the balance 50%, they were not helpful to the complaints we raised about room amenities (as expected, since payment is already in their hands). Although it cost ~2500 per bed room, they will not provide even bottled water. When we requested for tea or coffee as room service, they kept telling it is raining hence can't go, although the rain was stopped. Travelling to Meenkshi amman and Tiruparamkundram temples and getting back is a Herculean task considering the heavy traffic and distance, hence it is advised to avoid booking this property if you are on temple visits. You will get far better facilities at cheaper rate at hotels near to temple. We visited in May 2023 and booked 5 rooms (2bhk+3bhk) at a total of 12,000/-. Not satisfied with the service.

Group travellers to Madurai have the option of staying in Viswa apartments without a doubt. This house is tidy and comfortable, has enough parking, is affordable, and is located close to well-known landmarks. It was enjoyable for me to spend two nights with my family and friends. There are several wardrobes in the rooms, clean bathrooms, somewhat sized living rooms, etc.

Good & pleasant stay. But bit expensive. Paid 4.8k for a night. Less than 4k is highly appreciable.

I would never suggest this service apartments even for my enemy !!!....No services provided ..no cleaning team was there .... unhygienic rooms ever been to ...all of us got sick due to the dust and bad environment and the odours the apartment has ....it was a horrible experience and we checked out early coz we hate being there
