The doctor is treating well but the behavior of the staff is not good, the hospital rooms are normal
1. The answer to my question at OP counter "what is appoximate waiting time? " is Depends how fast doctor is checking patients. 2. In the evening session there is no specific numbering system. Who ever are stroger they go first. 3.I didn't feel doc is perceptive. But he is caring.
This hospital is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. The staff, management and even the doctor are money mongerers... They want money, money only money. Worst people. They are all devils... They don't have minimum concern for the patients... They ask money even you are crying with pain.
Worest Hospital i come across thay are charging 300 rs for OP but thay provide op sheet bill only for Bell company people even i asked them provide bill thay are not ready to provide the bill i feel some tax seam is happening there i am not recommend to go there. Even doctor treatment also not up to the mark no proper checking.waste of .
Dr. Sai Prasad is very experienced doctor. Soft spoken.Does complete examination with no stone unturned.Does physical examniation thoroughly. Very helpful nature. Understands the patience issues, diffculties. Consoles the patient if someone is worried. Down to earth person. Best doctor in the town . Very effective treatment. Hospital staff is very cooperative right from security. Patient history is taken in advance before issuing OT slip. Has token system.Best practices performed. Consultation fees is normal. Valid for 15 days. Database of a patient is well maintained in the computer. Next visit one can just tell the given phone number. Aryoga health card is valid.
This is best Ortho hospital in Machilipatnam. Dr. Sai Prasad is very professional and an expert. Those who complains that staff(receptionist, compounder or nurses) are not good, please keep in mind that you are getting the best treatment in this town. Don't expect HiFi treatment like in Cosmopolitan cities. The staff are trained to manage large number of crowds. All hospitals staff in Machilipatnam will treat you the same. It is the doctor that's excellent in treating patients.
