First their Diamonds are not have International quality certificate. You should not exchange anywhere. I bought diamond earrings rose gold. When the gold turned into black I have asked them, they said it's not rose gold and only coated. We returned the jewel to them and got only 75% of money. Other shops not ready to exchange Viswa Devji jewels and diamonds.

Such places customers spend lot of time in deciding on the expensive investments, so customers need to go for biological breaks most of the times. The toilet in here (meant for customers' use) needs vast improvement on the ventilation front. Oh boy! Smells like a bus stand public toilet. V&D team, take care of such trivial gestures please.

Horrible experience. Bought diamond earrings and 1 stone fell off within a month of purchase and when I took it to the store, instead of apologising for poor craftsmanship they were accusive saying that I must have dropped it. Well, first of all I didn't and even if I did a diamond doesn't fall off. I've been using diamond jewellery for a long time and I know ! Should have never gone back but unfortunately my husband gifted me a diamond pendant bought from here and again within 4 months a part of the pendant just broke off ! When I took it to the store, the response was the same as the previous time or worse. They said I must have put a lot of pressure on it for it to break like that. Oh yeah.... I felt like telling them "Yes... I sat on it !". Horrible horrible experience! To spend so much on something which is not worth the money. And customer service is really very bad. Will never ever visit this store again.
