Diagnostic tests are referred by the staff themselves before the consultation of the doctor. A new practice! Probably they don't like outside diagnostic reports. My parents visited the hospital with appointment in advance of 3 days but asked to go for some more tests by the staff themselves (Not by doctor!) This is probably because we have taken outside reports. They were not allowed to see the doctor inspite of having prior appointment. DOCTOR is good. But the staff and system are bad.
