I have been to Vision hospital to change the lenses in both eyes. I honestly cannot praise the staff, Doctor and everybody who works here for their attention to detail and the way they treated me. I am totally happy and happy to more than recommend this operation. Thank you so much. Barry

I delivered my first born in vision hospital under Dr Priyanka's supervision,she has been an absolute champion in guiding me through my pregnancy till the delivery of my child. I am very grateful for the doctors and nursing staff for being so efficient and professional. Highly recommended!

Today we were at a reception with my wife. Her eye was inflamed, there was severe pain. We drove almost an hour from Arambol to this clinic. The reception time is less than three minutes. The doctor took a quick look, said it was an infection and prescribed drops. We were told the same thing at the first pharmacy two minutes from home. What is the point of such treatment in this clinic? It seems that the doctors and the specialist at the reception have only money on their minds, and they have forgotten why they are here. I am outraged by this attitude towards those who have asked for help. Paying 600 rupees for three minutes is too much. I ask the management to take action, and other people to think about whether it is worth coming to this clinic. I hope that my review will be useful and the situation will change for the better.

My wife and I we are from the UK, we both had a full health check after a slow start we were surprised how smoothly the health check went, we were pleased with staff especially the young woman on reception 1 floor who spoke excellent English and explained the process. They're complete frauds; their sole agenda seems to be admitting every patient who walks through their doors. I spent two hours in the casualty ward, where they prescribed some medications and administered saline, but when we purchased the prescribed medicines, the doctor and nurse kept more than half of them without explanation or returning them to us. The typical cost of a CBC and LFT test elsewhere ranges between 600-800 INR, yet they charged a whopping 2800 INR just for these tests. On top of that, they charged approximately 1800 INR simply for inserting a drip into my body, covering the nurse and doctor fees. This hospital seems to exist solely to exploit and swindle patients.

Bad experience at this hospital. Doctors have lot of attitude. As we said no to admit patient due to personal reasons, they got furious and left the patient stranded without prescription of any medicine. Did not even tell us what happened to the patient exactly. Just did plenty number of tests. Very inconsiderate staff. Just business they need. Not caring about the patient. They have no empathy even in elderly patients. They just need to admit and make money. Insurance dept have stupid rules.

Arrogant & unprofessional staff. Vision staff treat patients like a slave, & they think that they are doing a favor to patients while offering services. Even the Government Hospital staff are polite & cooperative. Vision low level staff like cleaner and sweepers are more professional then there nurses.

I've just completed my cataract surgeries in both eyes at Vision Hospital and couldn't be happier. All staff, from Reception to Insurance (Rhea) were efficient, knowledgeable and courteous making the experience a comfortable one that exceeded my expectations. I cannot speak for all doctors but Dr Ritu Chaudhuri was the best recommendation for me and handled my case with the sincerest care. Expertly assisted by Karishma who answered my countless questions with endless patience and professionalism. Thank you Vision Hospital.
