I own a idtec diesel Honda city clocked 2.3 lac kms .Am perfectly happy with service rendered by the VISION HONDA THRISSUR. That's the reason I drive to this centre which is around 100 kms from my residence. Special mention to MR LIJO the service manager who seems pretty different person who never sits in his AC CABIN but mostly on the work shop floor .Mr JERIN who's a senior in charge of the body shop complements the TEAM VISION with his personal care and RESPONSIBLE execution of the job assigned.Special THANKS to MR ABHILASH the BODY SHOP MANAGER.I do strongly suggest this centre if you're a HONDA VEHICLE OWNER YOU WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE KEEP GOING TEAM VISION THISSUR
I have been a regular visitor to this service center. Initially, I had a few concerns, but I have consistently found that there is always a helpful and attentive staff member available to address my issues and provide solutions-Lijo is the service manager I deal with most often. He is not only passionate and dedicated to what he does; he also knows about vehicles and how to deal with customers. Managers like Lijo are a great asset to any organization.
Service is good. Well organised. Prompt response. Map is misleading. Sometimes showroom address pops up and it will lead to showroom. Both are far from each other.
Excellent service done by the breakdown team.I am very thankful to the entire Vision Honda team for assisting my query within no time.My car got broke down at Athirapally Waterfalls bcoz of an issue with fuel pump and there was no nearby service persons for help.But the Breakdown assistance team from @Vision Honda ie Libin and Rajeev has contacted when I request for roadside assistance and they have reached the place within one hour and fuel pump was replaced without any cost and service was absolutely free and quick.Thank You so much for the assistance and these factors will increase the customers for Honda for sure .
Great Service support. Repair service is good. Supporting staff is efficient and friendly (Special thanks to Mr. Vipin). A bit delay in delivery occurred in my car service but as I got genuine service, I'm really happy . Due to poor availability of OEM parts for Honda cars I recommend genuine service

This is a slightly newer establishment and not many people seem to be aware of it. It is a small, cosy place, but you'll be surprised by the selections available here. The staff are young, courteous and know exactly what they are talking about/doing.
