The service provided by "Vision Care Hospital" is the best out of all that I have ever recieved. The hospital's enviroment is very good so that the patients can have a comfortablke apporach ever time they walk in. staff members are helpful enough to solve the issues while the process goes on. highly qualified docotors and modern latest technology is being used by the hospital members. their working style suits the patients expectational level and that is highly appreciated.

Diagnostics are fair and it's clean....but it's too crowded and , in the new building, there is not enough chairs in the lobby and waiting room ! Half the patients are waiting standing for their turn to come. The staff doesn't seem to be bothered .! .. We waited 11/2 hour although we had an appointment ! Only 1 doctor to attend to the casualty and the confirmed appointments altogether ! You don't expect that from a private hospital.. !

Hospital serves very good medical service.

I read the review of a dermatologist and visited Dr Amruta but it was more than disappointing. First of all, I had to wait for 3 hours as they skipped my turn. Even after that they prioritized other parents. When my turn came finally, she explained the basic things about allergic reaction that I already know. And prescribed extreme stronger medicines than antibiotics. Another doctor said I would have been hospitalized if I listened to her and took the medicines that she prescribed me. For this experience I went through, I strongly suggest you not to trust this dermatologist. She's a young lady who didn't even wear robe that looked very unprofessional.

Only half decent hospital in these parts. Staff are typical hospital staff, have a don't care attitude, bordering on the rude even. Like they are used to dealing with simple villagers who they can brow beat. Couple of doctors who we consulted are really good and professional...

If it were possible to give this place 0 stars, I would. Unhygienic, unsanitary, substandard care for orthopaedic care. I broke my ankle on Dec 30 and was made to go without serious painkillers for 16 hours, in addition to being lied to about what care was provided. Overseas medical professionals were horrified to see I was given a single dose of tramadol and Panadol when experiencing such severe pain. Moreover the emergency attending lied to me and told me it was morphine. Further explanations for care were inadequate and the care itself was suspect. Since I provide support in the medical data business so I know when I'm being lied to by staff. Dr. Harish Thople incorrectly advised me to go straight to a particular type of surgery which other international specialist consultants strongly advised against and would have potentially led to necrosis if I had not got a second opinion. My partner and a 19 year old ambulance assistant with less than 3 months training had to take my shoe off my broken displaced ankle because the x-ray technician refused to. The list goes on. I can't recommend strongly enough for anyone with a serious medical issue to go to another hospital such as Galaxy who were amazing.

I gave one star only for the cleanliness. The hospital is the best place to go if you are not clear as to what to do with your money. My Fil was hospitalized here who was covered under insurance and the hospital took us on the good long ride extracting money, and every other day giving a new reason. We often felt that his breathing issue was far better at home but after stepping here it worsened day by day, often we felt like moving out, but one can imagine how pathetic the situation is when your patient is ageing, and you cannot afford to take any spontaneous decision. My patient passed away, as it was expected but the hospital left no stone unturned in making money out of this case. Most surprising was that all patients were asked to buy disposable gloves in bulk everyday. Even the house keeping will use gloves purchased by the patients' attendant for regular cleaning.. ridiculous.

Worst hospital to go to. My father-in-law was admitted in the ICU for a week. Utter negligence. Picked up infections from IVs and air mattresses. Made the situation bad to worse. 1.5 lacs down the drain. Zero(0) rated.
