I never seen such a terrible hospital, no cleanliness, washrooms are in bad condition. I never seen changing bed linen. Unprofessional staff, duty doctor not bother to check patient. If patient suffer nurse will contact doctor through phone and they advise nurse to what to do. Even nurses they are not aware when will doctor come for check ups.

Worest hospital no carring no checking.. only daily checking only for money money only

Pathetic service no empathy on patients.. don't know when doctor comes and when perform surgery and when come for check ups..very very disgusting service by the staff. Nobody respond to you untill unless you do number of follow ups..they charge extra other than charges decided by the certain regulatory authorities...Doctor Surender Reddy, Urologist from adjacent Amrutha hospital performs URLS Surgery for kidney stones removal,He should seriously interaspect about his commitment and sincerity..He lacks basic empathy on patients and their attendants ...he shows no basic concern about patients.. everybody ask for money ...this hospital will have to change a lot of issues otherwise it is going to pay for their insensitivity and inhuman attitude..I am giving 1 out of 5 stars as their is no option to give 0 .. ...we waited in hospital for 3 days ideally waiting for the doctor and 3 days for discharge unnecessarily They charges us more than 15000 for the said surgery we were helplessly paid the money..so bad so worst service of its kind ..

During dailysis process no doctor will be available to patient only nurses will be there. No proper response for patients doctor will not be there at available times proper care is not taken just average care taken towards patient no doctors will visit the patient only rare cases they will visit I will only give 1 star because there is no chance of zero Very poor response in the hospital staff no washrooms available outside only patient has the washrooms they are not at all clean

Ok hospital.... U urself need to take care of ur dear ones. Ok nursing.. Management needs improvement. Emergency visits should be avoided Specially at night

Dont go to this hospital .. not at all good .. except treatment from the doctors everything is bad .. we have taken treatment for one day and they charged us 2 days .. hospital management completely money minded they won't consider patients health just they are for charging money. I joined on early morning 5am .. next day early morning 5am doctor told me discharge. The billing person was not there at that time I was waited for him 5 hours he came at 12pm and charged for 2days . I have not seen this kind of worst charging techniques at any hospital before. Truly worst hospital. I don't want to give 1 rating too .. pls don't go .. staff is also not supportive atleast they can't guide patients. Floors and rooms also not well maintained cleanly .

Don't have power backup even for Operation Theaters. Beside Doctors' treatment, everything is below average - Maintenance, Staff response, cleanliness. For everytime the patient goes to OT, they are collecting Rs.500 as assistant's charges, for which we can't even get any receipt. This 24hrs Emergency Service providing Hospital is not having any Lift(4 flores) for the last 48 hrs. Disgusting!!

Hi... Dr.praveen reddy is good and nice person he had softcorner of patients he helps financially.But only thing is worst staff very baf maintainance and also they speak in rude language to towards patients..it is like government hospital in maintainance wise...
