I personally have found the staff members polite and professional especially Asha and team. Vishwas has ample amount of variety and design which your eyes will get stuck too. I went to this shop 2 months ago to buy a finger ring for my mom. I had a photo of the ring that I am looking for and checked with them to show the same or similar rings. First of all the designs they had are very old however since I got to know that the design I wanted was not available I have shortlisted 3 rings available there and took a quote for the same.. I was ok with the price and somewhat compromised with the design also but really wanted to get my mom there to check the design and size because they didn't allow me to take the pictures and send them to her. So I said I'll leave now and get her but the staff offered a 10% discount immediately when I said I wanna leave & come back.. She didn't stop there but brought her boss to the counter where he additionally offered me another 8-10% discount.. I politely told him it is not about the price and good to know the offer but I have to go and get my mom to check the size and design, I told your staff the same but not sure why she called you here. By this time he got to know that I was going to leave without purchasing and started saying that when you don't have plans to buy you should not come here.. I was shocked to hear that and it was very embarrassing. I just left the shop saying on the face that it is my wish to take it or not and we are never gonna come back. First thing, if you don't purchase after checking their not so good designs then be ready for the embarrassment that i faced, second thing if you don't bargain then upfront you are paying them 15-20% more for sure.

I personally loved the wide variety of antique collections they have. The customer service was outstanding. They were very responsive. I suggest that you check this place out before making a purchase.

Then we can see the most busiest man of the shop, none other than the owner Mr.Vishwas so humble and so down to earth person . Then, comes the Jewelry, most attractive n wonderful designs. You will definitely never feel to go out of the shop without purchasing Finally, the pillars of the establishment are definitely it's workers, very very customer friendly staff we can see in this shop, especially in coltex shop, staff are super super cool I can take Gowthami's name in Gold section and Smt. Triveni's name in Silver section, who attend their customers very humbly n take from me, customers will definitely be mesmerized by their submissive way of approach n their way of convincing with the billing and your selections . Please don't visit here in case return exist items and purchase with new one.I visited here to purchase silver items for my son and I have 120 gm of good quality of silver and looking to purchase 40gm silver then I perplexed when shop executive asked 2k extra amount to buy 40 gm then I realized that old silver buying for 40 percent even then asked shop executive about their exchange rate of their shop silver and got information that they are buying their own shop silver for 70 percent.basically they are selling 70 percent purity silver with adding extra wastage and making charges and dupe customers.please double check the price and non value added charges here before buying anything here.
