The hotel is not worth for the charges and the bath rooms and towels are Stinky smell. Better option is available than this hotel. Rooms are too congested , Highly charged, not Clean. Tolets seats are stinky and untidy. The bathrooms are just like a public one. Based on the rating booked. But totally disappointed. My review is genuine one. No option to upload the images, Otherwise the reality would have been shared.

This hotel is excellent. Staffs are very well spoken. Food is very good, rooms are also clean and if we book from its official website we get 1000rs discount. But we have to book 1 day ahead for more discount. Kamakhya temple is just 12mins drive. When we arrived late, we were served dinner at 1am midnight. The hotel has 24 hour service. PS: I am not paid to write this review. I have been to this hotel 3 times and this hotel is value for money.

I stayed there for two nights during my trip to Guwahati. The location of the hotel is excellent. The service and food were also good. Hotel staff were very polite and prompt. The only problem I faced during my stay was nonfunctional key card of my room while gaining access to my room which was very irritating. I hope the hotel staff keeps this issue in mind for future. Based on my experience I would rate it 4.2 out of 5.

Did book this for 2 nights, was made to change the room immly after check in. Same thing next day morning as well. Changing the room twice in less than 12 hrs was very irritating. Breakfast spread is bad as well. Checked out the same day and shifted to another hotel. Nobody bothered about early check out as well. There are better options available and competitive price, avoid this.

The prices are charged higher for the rooms , rooms with basic facilities are provided while comparing with others . Others hotels provide welcome kit with some snacks & drinks in it . Regarding BATHROOM it was ordinary , at least at this price point they should provide bathtub . Breakfast was Ok not much food items were provided . Overall its only benefit is its location which is near fancy bazar. If u are on budget better to look at hotels near paltan bazaarIt was Ok but a expensive stay not worth it

The staffs were Polite , especially the receptionist during our stay . But one thing I dint like is that the deluxe room where I stayed the shower tape was broken and old , The Tv remote was old and not working. Lastly there is no swimming pool on the roof as shown in the Photos! Overall ,stay was ok.

1) Very very bogus hotel. 2) Very less parking. 3) Very congested entry and exit 4) Ventilation very poor. There is no ventilation to toilet of any room which is very serious problem. 5) No buffy breakfast, lunch and dinner. 6) You have to order food and it takes too much time 7) Reception is at 2nd floor which is also inconvenient. Everytime you have to go to 2nd floor and then on floor where your room is. 8) No any view or poor view from any room. Windows of many room opens in duct 9) On dt 29.6.23, intercoms were not working which caused very inconveniences 10) Unless and untill you tell them, they would not carry out housekeeping of room by their own. 11) Very old type hotel. Washrooms are dirty. 12) Afterall, it is not 3 star hotel but it is minus star hotel

We had a nice experience staying at hotel for a night in December 22! It was in marriage season so there was too much noise! Outside Road was busy. They have basement car entrance. There was only one lift which was too much to handle the event and hotel guests! Breakfast was decent for a 3 star. Service was a bit slow. There was one guy who was happily serving everyone with smile!
