Worth every penny. The overall experience in Vishram Village has been rejuvenating, spending time amidst nature. The stay has kayaking facility, floating docks in the backwaters lake, safe netted space in the lake to enjoy swimming (life jackets given). Breakfast is complementary and in authentic Kerala cuisine. There are facial, massage services too. Enjoyed highly refreshing Ayurvedic facial. The staff is very polite and helpful. They provided us with Speakers for a perfect night out in the docks. They went above & beyond to ensure we enjoyed the stay.
Amazing place to chill for a few days if you are in Varkala. Even though it is a bit far from the beach, it is a great place to indulge in activities such as kayaking and swimming in the lake at the resort away from the crowd. Host and staff were very polite and super helpful. The food is the best that we had anywhere in Varkala. They even let us check out late and enjoy activities at the property. Thank you so much for your hospitality and great time!
Best place in varkala with a stunning view of backwater where you can merge with nature. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. Service is so professional and the best. Host Naveen is helpful and arranged everything to make us comfortable.complimentary breakfast is so good and freshly prepared. They provide life jackets to swim in backwaters safely. Also kayaking and boating also absolutely good. Go for it..you gonna love the place and ambience
We had a lovely stay at Vishram Village! The people were really nice and set up a great work desk for us outside the room. The room was decent, less charging spots so it you're going for work I would recommend carrying an extension. The property is decently maintained for a rainforest like place!
One of the best and classy places to mingle with nature. The stay was pleasant and especially to mention, the service and hospitality was outstanding.... Food was cooked based on order and quantity then and there fresh. Took care of the baby and the facility was well maintained with hygiene. I would definitely recommend this stay and ll come again.
Rooms were nice. The property is lovely, well maintained and super pretty. Navin arranged a desk for us to sit on our patio and work from. Wifi was poor but hotspot worked fine. Food service took some time, but when it did it come it was super fresh, not pre-made like other restaurants. You're in a quiet pretty place within 10-15 mins access of the main spots. Great value for money.
If you are looking for a relaxing retreat, away from any noise and hustle of the city life, this is the place to be! The property is nestled on the banks of a lake, around 6 kms from the main town of Varkala. The rooms are very well and aesthetically designed and the property is very well maintainted. The staff is very courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Overall, would highly recommend spending at least a couple of days here if you're in Varkala.
Simply an amazing place and experience. The whole property is a different world. So many trees, lake by the dock, tasty food, (I wasn't a fan but) massages, the hammock, swing, the winddd. Beautiful. If you like dogs, you'd love to meet 3 beautiful ones there. Naala, Snowy and Karma. The place is (only) comfortable for temporarily -able-bodied people who can climb up and down a bit and walk on stones.
