No doubt, the hotel is nice, but the management is poor. There was no proper flow of water in the bathroom and the bedsheets were the used one, which was not changed when we entered the room but we asked to replace it and they did that. staff are polite but they need to work on overall management. Atleast they should take care of these small things whatever I have mentioned. I hope they will take this into their consideration.
Little apprehensive about the location to dine in food but they allow Swiggy/Zomato so that would solve the problem. Otherwise the hotel is decent. Service is excellent, room is pretty decent. My only suggestion is to improve the water flow in the rest rooms.
actually this property is the best according to its price. as it is a gostays catagory property. problem is that it is 4 kms away from railway station and bus stand. one more thing that the TV was not working, I think they have not recharged that only free channels were there. the hotel authority need to provide cold Water instead of normal water for drinking purpose otherwise all can not afford the bislery or kenley package drinking water in this summer. hotel having no smoking area only one place is there, top of the roof. gyesr and wifi was working nicely. cleaning of the room and property was nice. veriety of food options are there nearby places(eat street is one of them).
Recently I stayed with my Family for one night, the Hotel mentioned that they won't allow smoking inside the hotel but we found there were a group of people partying till late night and the corridor was occupied by them for smoking. I had my kid also, I called the reception they said they will resolve the issue but did not do anything. Those folks were shouting till late night. We couldn't get a proper sleep so had to checkout the room early morning at 5am. The worst hotel I have ever stayed .
Hotel was good, all facilities are available, staff was good and very good choice in budget hotels. but car parking is limited..although we got car parking but after booking the room management told like.. parking will be allocated based on availability, also fan was making lot of noise in the room which we booked.
Worst hotel experienced till date and I am sure I would never encounter such horrible mistake ever again, they just treat you like criminals like they doing some favor for letting you to stay at thier property, just avoid it

The only good thing is the location, nothing else. There was no proper breakfast, had to wait for 15 mins for a bread. Room service not up to the mark. Also there is no kitchen which is a big drawback. Rooms were average too. Not recommended at all.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
