Very bad experience because drinking water is not available. When it is raining the area get flooded. Food is tooooooo bad and they were sending spoiled chutney. I been there for 8 months.I lost 10kgs. Because of food and my institute is 1 km far. When we complain to the owner about drinking water he simply said go and buy it yourself.I had not seen these things in any other PGs. If we are telling that sir we will cancel hostel food he said ok but you have to pay 500 more for your room. In that building there is one worker she took my water bottle and drink without my permission and she took plastic bottle what ever we keep on table and selling it.

I've stayed in that hostel for 4 months. The food is not good in both quality and quantity. There the drinking water is also insufficient. And the response of owner to our problem is not that good. Once the air conditioner in my room is repair. I've Informed that to the owner and it has been serviced adter 45 days . So pls make sure everything before you stay there.

The PG is located in a very peaceful RV Nagar area of Anna Nagar East. This area is well connected. Rooms are in good condition as well as are cleaned every day.wifi connected and 24 hr running water gives u a comfortable stay. Its a very descent PG . Very reasonable for the price as compared to the facilities provided.

Stayed here for 10 weeks. Rooms were ok compared to some other Pg I had seen while moving in here. Apart from that nothing is good. 1. The owner took 10,000 as advance but returned only 8750, that too after one month of vacating and lot of pleading. 2. The roads around the area do not have any drainage and it gets filled with water with just few minutes of rain. Definitely not pleasant to walk through the drainage type water. Reply: I stayed there from September to November. I was in Chennai only for a short period, so I thought I'll try and manage.

Accommodation was very good. I stayed there for six months it was a Good experience. When you compare with other PGs it was very good. Toilets and room will be cleaned every day. Safety and Food quality were also good and food cost was 2500 per month. It was nominal only I would like to suggest Mr Deepak sir to increase the quantity because only quantity will reduce hunger. Changing the bathroom bulb itself you have taken more than 10 days and we felt very difficult in the night. Deepak Sir you should take quick action for our queries but many times you were not. Thank you

I stayed here for 6 months, Room is good no doubt. Don't expect anything from Owner regarding room maintenance, while leaving he will deduct your security deposit by giving some silly reasons like paint and all. For me he deducted 3K out of 24k. He will make you feel that he is having your deposit. I would never recommend this to anyone. Worst Experience.

Good room condition. But we have to pay everything separately. Room rent, food and electricity. Everything come as total it is above 7,000. Food is provided only for breakfast and dinner. There is no lunch. Streets are very narrow. Bike parking is available. But it is very small.

I stayed here for exactly one month. Pros The rooms were maintained clean. A housekeeper used to come and clean the rooms almost everyday. I paid 8k for a hall and a bedroom which is to be shared by 2 people with AC, TV, wifi, table, teapoy, chair, fridge, bathroom, etc facilities available exclusively for our room. Electricity bill is separate. Rooms are also available at different price ranges based on the facilities provided. Parking space for two wheeler is available within the PG premises. For people who wish to do their own washing, a suitable place is available within the PG premises. No curfew time. A good place without any restrictions but with no compromise in safety. The PG owner will respond you on time and his attitude was also good. A place where one can live peacefully. I highly recommend this place. Cons: Nearest hotel/public transport is atleast 1km far from PG. People who depend on public transport will suffer. Breakfast and Dinner are provided by the PG owner at a nominal price (only for those who want it and charged separately). I heard that the quantity is not sufficient. During rain, water gets stagnated on the road in front of the PG. The road is immediately in front of the PG ,so one cannot avoid it. But stagnation will be there for just 10-15 meters from the PG. Conclusion: I would still highly recommend this place because my experience here was really good.
